To foster the office atmosphere, the Amsterdam office organizes several activities. A random selection:
- A monthly office update to discuss the state of affairs at the office and to meet up with colleagues
- A 'quarterly conference', which is a more extensive office update to discuss the state of affairs at the office and other topics, such as specific projects or client presentations
- An office outing. In spring the consulting staff visits Schiermonnikoog for teambuilding activities and discussions about the office and other topics.
In addition, there are many annually recurring events such as the Christmas party, a ski trip, a regatta, a European and a local football tournament, company hockey and an annual golf tournament. These events are not obligatory, but are organized for and by those who would like to join. On a smaller scale there are case team outings or department outings, which are usually organized by the participants themselves.
