BCG’s continued growth demands that we attract exceptional people. Applicants from different backgrounds are welcome.
Recruiting Process
The application procedure begins with a letter review. To be able to evaluate your application, you need to provide the following information:
The further recruiting process is a two-way dialogue designed so that we can get to know you and you can get to know BCG. There are two rounds of case interviews. During the first round, on Friday afternoon, you will have a computer test and two separate interviews.
The second round, on Friday morning the week after your first round, is comprised of a written assignment and two additional interviews. During the written assignment you will have two hours to answer a number of questions based on the data provided. After two hours you present your findings to a BCG project leader.
Our interviews are based on real projects that your interviewer has worked on. Those examples will give you an insight into what it is like to work at BCG, and they will allow us to focus on how you would approach solving practical business problems.
The interview also gives us the opportunity to learn about your personal drive and motivation, while giving you a chance to get to know our people and our culture. The best way to prepare is to practice using our interactive online cases. To prepare your self for the computer test you will find some example questions here.
On the day of the interview, relax and be yourself.
